Return Refund Policy

Trustverge Insurance Broker Private Limited, we strive to deliver transparent, ethical, and satisfactory insurance services to all our clients. As an IRDAI-licensed insurance broker, we operate as an intermediary between you and the insurance provider. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing any insurance plan through us.

1. No Direct Refund from Broker

Trustverge Insurance Broker Private Limited does not directly collect premiums on behalf of any insurer. All payments are made to the respective insurance company. Therefore, any refund or cancellation is governed by the refund policy of the insurance provider and subject to their terms.

2. Policy Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Policyholders may request cancellation or refund of a policy in the following cases, subject to the insurer’s terms:

Free-look Period: Most life and health insurance policies offer a 15–30 day free-look period. If you are not satisfied with your policy, you may apply for cancellation within this period.
Duplicate Payments: If any double or erroneous payment is made through our portal, we will assist in processing the refund with the concerned insurer or payment gateway.
Wrong Policy Issued: If a policy is issued incorrectly due to a technical error or documentation mismatch, we will coordinate with the insurer for resolution and possible refund or reissuance.

3. Refund Process Timeline

Processing time typically ranges from 7 to 21 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank, card, or UPI)
We will share status updates and assist throughout the process

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Policies cancelled after the free-look period
Partial refund requests on active policies
Any policy where claim has already been made
Service charges, documentation fees, or consulting charges (if separately applicable) may be non-refundable
